Reflecting on the Wonderment

This planet and human life are truly precious gifts. A wonderment that overwhelms when reflected on.
If we focus on the large cities we seem to be globally overpopulated but in reality people occupy a minuscule portion of the earths surface. Similarly the global atrocities, corruptions, chaos and psychotic social behaviors represent a small segment of overall human intention.

I prefer to focus on the wonderment of the human bodies amazing athletic abilities; the compassion, generosity and love found in the human heart and the mental acumen of the human brain. The phenomenal inner-workings of the planet itself is beyond complete comprehension.

So why focus on the small breadcrumbs of the negative when there’s been a feast of wonderment laid out before us. I simply give a prayer of thanks and then dig in.

Everywhere I turn there’s a gift waiting to be discovered revealing the wonderment in wonderments.
